This order was related to product samples for an order we placed. They sent 3 rounds of samples, including the final production sample. There were SO MANY DEFECTS AND PRODUCT PROBLEMS!! Check out the pictures. chipped material, material scratches, misaligned parts, glue showing, unauthorized colors (after we sent them our samples for color matching), broken internal packaging. The problems go on and on. We requested a refund because our customers have no tolerance for HORRIBLE PRODUCT QUALITY. We never did approve the production samples, however the company started production anyway. SO MANY PROBLEMS AND INCOMPENTENCY. We required a refund but Alibaba's Trade Assurance is a nightmare. We've submitted evidence after evidence: dozens of pictures of different problems. Still fighting for the refund. Be ware of Alibaba trade assurance. It is incredibly difficult to make a claim even if you have evidence. DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER!!!
